First task is figuring out where to start.

Dragster?

Formula Ford. But it’s called Formula F now because Honda engines are allowed.

I would organize my tools first, but that's just me. . .

That’s pretty much done. I’ve started taking inventory of things we need so I guess that’s a good start. But at some point I’m going to have to start attaching things to it.

I was going to guess some sort of formula car. It's just so hard to judge proportions wit ou and bodywork or suspension arms.

That's awesome! Do you work for a team or do you just have way better hobbies than me?

I spend money on race cars instead of road cars :D

HaHaHa! I can see that you are already more organized than most—it’s just that I know someone who needs to clean out the garage before we work on the project +every time+.
And what I would really do is do dry fits with interfering parts and form a mental picture of what needs to go on first. Good luck with the project!!!

Great looking shop. Do you have a crane, portable lift or something to get projects in the air?

The red thing on the far right is an engine hoist. We rolled the car from the trailer to the garage on a dolly (which was much harder than it sounds!!), and lifted it up onto the stands with it. Which was also much harder than it sounds.

Haha yea, it does look kind of like a dragster without any suspension.

Damn. That sounds as hard as it sounds. I’ve been working on getting a 4 post lift with bridge jacks before I event attempt major things. Good on ya, and bonus for having people who will come over and lift things.

It helps when the curb weight plus driver is 1100lbs, and in its current form even less.

Totally. So after its built...how does it get on the floor?

Engine hoist again. It’s rated to one ton.
